Obedience Is Better Than Sacrifice

Hey peeps, this is the day God has made, let's rejoice.

Most times you hear Christians saying this common adage"God first" but do we really practice it in our everyday lives. Do we really put God first in everything we do? Is God really the centre of your life, business, marriage, children, family to mention but few.

We are quick to say God first than practice. We lack power and value off late due to our inability to put God first in all things. We are sad to lose friends who make us go astray than to obey God's words. We are quick to make our family proud of us by accepting the job that leads us to corruption than obeying God's word which wanted you to start something on your own .

We hate small beginnings which will later prosper and flourish than what's already made on wrong foundations. We are afraid to lose our boyfriends and girlfriends by compromising on our Godly values more than  God's covering.

Don't be Saul who decided to please his soldiers by reserving some of the things God told him to destroy all. And that's what is happening in the body of Christ. We are quick to please and worship our men of God more than God himself. You will hear God clearly saying "don't go" but not going will make you lose your contract, friend, fiancee etc so we choose to disobey God's word all the time.

Obedience requires sacrifice and that's what we fall short now as Christians. Learn to obey God more than any human being on this earth. Once God has spoken, let it be enough for you. Because His word is truth and light!
This day, God is drawing your attention back to Him, obey than sacrifice. Place value on His Word! If you indeed love Him, you will obey His commandments.

Stand for what's true, pure, honest. We are to sacrifice those people who make us disobey God, this world would be a better place and Christians will exact power and influence this world positively. Because we keep compromising our Godly values, we lose the power to rule and reign.

Meditate on this message and let God direct you always . Love God enough to let go anything or anyone that stands in your way with Him. Be blessed. Remember"God first" requires sacrifice always.
