No Child Yet???

hey peeps.....the season of Christmas brings all families together to share love, make yours count!!

Marriage is beautiful, Godly and awesome but it loses these qualities when troubles set in. Some of these troubles take away the beauty of marriage and replace it with pain and hatred. Imagine been married for just five years and there is no child yet, that’s the dilemma every couple wants to escape. Why do we keep defining marriage per children, it’s like without children there is no marriage, that’s so wrong and absurd. Children are a blessing from God so if it’s not your time to conceive, just relax and wait on God.

Many times when people marry and there is no child yet, the marriage begins to fall apart. So many questions pop up especially the woman….. Am I barren? Or is my husband who can’t produce? Is he having low sperm count? All these questions are unnecessary since it will keep weighing you down. When these things happen especially in Africa, the in-laws basically the husband’s mother starts to feed her son with bad ideas to get another woman instead of praying for them.

This unpleasant situation takes away the joy in the marriage since we keep on defining marriage per children, and the joy is replaced with sadness, pain and hate. The husband begins to blame the wife for infertility and the wife also does same

One thing I know is human beings can’t manufacture babies: it’s Divine. God gives children so couples experiencing this kind of situation have to unite and pray than to give in to worry. I know it is not easy but the enemy is very skillful to make you forget what you have (your wife/husband) and rather focus on what you don’t have (child).

If you are reading this, and  going through this kind of mess, kindly awake from your sleep. Unite with your husband/wife and pray like never before. Even if the doctor has declared you can’t give birth, don’t lose Hope, the doctor is not God-He has the final Say!!! What did Hannah (1 Samuel 1) in the bible do when she wasn’t conceiving?? After crying and murmuring for months, she arose from her pain and went straight into the temple to pray to God-the giver of children.

After what she did, she conceived and gave birth to Samuel, the prophet. God’s timing is the best and as such must be respected. Husbands need to support their wives emotionally at this moment so as wives, you both need each other to survive. Abraham waited and never gave up till Sarah conceived at an old age; don’t give up into pressure and bad voices around you.

Stay focus, depend on God and your prayers shall be answered. Enjoy this CHRISTMAS knowing that ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST!!! IF Sarah and Hannah conceived so can you all. God never Fails or disappoint His children. To everything on this earth, there is time and season; it’s your TIME&SEASON NOWWW!!!!

Always remember God first- stay blessed!!!
