You
love, love& love and receive nothing in return; you
feel like you have given out enough and it’s time to receive back. Well, that
won’t happen because people are not like you. Sometimes you feel unloved,
uncared for especially when you are down and you want people to love you the
same way you’ve been doing for them. Hmmm you have given out so much love you
now want to be at the receiving end.
Now,
you feel disappointed, discouraged and hurt because what you
expected from the people you love was never met. Well, I have good news for
you; don’t be dismayed, sad or hurt for God’s love for
you is more than what human beings can offer. Since you don’t see HIM
physically, you think you need a ‘physical’ being to show
you love and affection.
The enemy
usually uses this pot hole as a stronghold to destroy your life. You
begin to reach out, do more, just to get people to also love you!! It’s not worth it dear; the
love of Jesus is what you need and since you have it, you have EVERYTHING!! The devil will always try to make
you feel you lack something which you already have.
This Christmas season, don’t waste your time
searching for love, for you are already loved by Jesus and that should be ENOUGH!! Stop moving from one guy/lady
to another because you feel incomplete, unloved or uncared for. I quite
remember when a lady called me last week and said “Nhyira
I feel unloved, rejected and uncared for, my family doesn’t care at all whether
I have eaten, in pain or troubled. All they do is just give me money, no calls
or messages to check up on me. I keep moving from one guy to another when their
love is not enough and she burst out crying”
I told her “she
doesn’t need her family’s love to feel complete for she is already complete.
She should start loving herself, that will build her confidence and she
wouldn’t need a guy to make her feel loved. Also, if her family is not showing
her love, she should teach them how to love; she should start what she expects
from them, the calls and messages”. Then she began to smile J. These are the kind of
situations that result some people into bad companies.
Jesus has already made you WHOLE&COMPLETE if your situation is similar to the lady who
called me, He says cast all your burdens on Him, for He cares for you. Jesus
loves you; appreciate His love in your life. Stop wasting your
thoughts on things that really drains you….. Even if people don’t call or
message to check up on you, you still have JESUS!!!
YOU still have those few loyal friends who always stick by
you, appreciate their LOVE and
you’ll know, indeed you’re LOVED&CARED
FOR!!!
You may be born into a family which is full of Crap,
mischief, disunity and disloyal people; one trouble to another, no love but
always hatred. Don’t worry, there is a reason for that- so that you’ll
appreciate what is called “LOVE”.
Focus on the love Jesus has for you and don’t allow the family mess to weigh
you down. It’s really disheartening to be in a family where there is no love or
care but
Jesus got you, the ministry you are in and the few loyal friends you have, all
gat your back!! Focus on their love& care, and you shall forever
enjoy the ‘Joy’ of the Lord which is your strength.
I know one day you’ll build a happy, joyful family since you
never really got that opportunity as a child. You have the power to change that
bad situation in the family; don’t be like them, continue to love in your own
way. Is only God who teaches us how to love through the Holy Spirit! You have
to know the God of love to know the love of God.
It’s
Christmas; do something new- Appreciate loved ones and stop
seeking for love and affection. Don’t feel left out or alone,
look unto Jesus, remember His birth& the cross and know, He cares for you
even if nobody does!!! Enjoy this Christmas feeling loved, whole,
complete and no more searching/seeking for love& affection- you are already
LOVED!!!
