Marriage!
Marriage! Marriage!
I
wish I had waited, taken my time and married the one who really compliments me.
Why am I saying this? I’ve been married for the past twelve years and I really
regret this twelve years of marriage! A man without vision is the worst kind to
marry. When I met my husband, the way he talked made me realized he had no
vision so I thought after marriage, he will mature and make plans for himself
little did I know things will never change.
My
husband has never ever discussed what he really wants to achieve since we got
married; all he does is think and talk about his family and friends’
prosperity, his future does not count. We keep moving from one house to
another, sometimes no money to pay for our rent and we have four children:
Caleb, Gideon, Richmond and Desmond. He keeps dropping jobs and likes following
his friends. I’ve been paying for our rent, put food on the table, pays the
children school fees as well as utility bills- infact I do everything. Now, I’m
tired and fed up, he has no goals in life.
Recently,
I told him to get money so we could buy half plot of land to build our own
house and all he said was “Eeeiiiii it’s not easy to build a house”. What kind of man is this,
always negative about progress. When will he make plans for himself? When will
he realize his childrens’ future are his responsibility? When will he stop
focusing on peoples’ prosperity and think about his? I’m really fed up and now I think
I want to end this marriage. I advise anybody reading this “NEVER MARRY
A MAN WITHOUT VISION”.
They are NOTHING and keep building castles in the
air!!
Never
rush into marriage; be wise in your journey to marriage, take your time, don’t
allow only love to lead but PURPOSE too. If you love him but he has no vision, leave
before you tie the knot or else you’ll suffer. I need HELP!!
