Say No To Pre-Marital Sex

There has been a controversial issue surrounding pre-marital sex and my take on it has always been positive “SAY NO TO PRE-MARITAL SEX” NO RING NO SEX”. One’s life must be guided by principles and truths or else you won’t go far. As Christians, your life is guarded by the bible and whatever God says must apply. In the book of Romans 1:1 “I beseech you brethren by the mercies of God that ye present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service” and 1Thessalonians 4:3 says “for this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication” (KJV). These two verses clarify this controversial issue and gives out a stand that God detest fornication. Sex is a blood covenant and as such why will you sleep with men/women whom you have not legally been bonded to? Now, why is God against fornication; it’s because He made it legal only in marriage and since He is a true and faithful God He will never go against His Word! Moreover, He is a Holy and Just God and does not approve of things that result in cheating.

Remember He says your body is His temple and He dwells there. If a man sleeps with you with the notion he will marry you and later leaves you for another woman, hasn’t he cheated the woman he left? If a man and woman keep changing sex partners knowing the end results could lead to all sorts of stuffs like HIV/AIDS, STDs, teenage pregnancies, broken hearts etc won’t God protect His children by making this rule that NO MARRIAGE NO SEX?. God knows some men will turn out to be irresponsible after having sexual intercourse, leaving the women and making their lives miserable some leading to teenage pregnancies. Also, these sexual intercourse may result in unwanted pregnancies causing the “not ready to be mothers” to abort innocent babies leading to murder: one mistake leading to another and the whole cycle continues. All these factors led the Father to make a sweet rule for His children that “marriage is legal for sex”. Isn’t He a loving father to detest fornication? In this same way, He hates adultery so in His records, take your time, meet the right person, marry and enjoy sex forever. Is God a wicked one to make such a good plan for His children and to tell them to stop fornicating? JUDGE FOR YOURSELF!!
