Hey
peeps….it’s a beautiful morning and I hope y’all are feeling the sunshine.
Life is a gift and once you have it,
you need to really appreciate it. In this life, there are so many leagues but
you do forget the most important one. I’m so amazed when I see men discussing
soccer especially when the season of leagues begin- UEFA Champions League,
British Premier League, and Spanish La Liga to mention but few. Sometimes, these discussions
turn into arguments, some resulting into fights but have you thought about “LOL”.
Well, I think you are confused now, what has LOL got to do with this? ‘LOL’- “LEAGUE OF LIFE”.
People
watch all kinds of leagues but do forget about their own league- the league of
life. What kind of league are you playing in your life? Is it the league of
laziness, self-righteousness, back-biting among others or the league of
self-discipline, hardwork, and good morals to mention but few. The league of
life is very important but people miss it because they don’t invest much energy
and time into it.
Now,
to the
youth, what kind of
league are you playing? Is it the league of nation-building, tolerance,
hardwork, or the league of fraud, armed-robbery, disobedience, and unholy
relationships?
To
the ladies&gentlemen, are you playing the league of
good morals, self-discipline, respect for the elderly, engaging in creativity
or the league of abortion, pre-marital sex, drug abuse, corruption among others?
Remember, every league you play always have an outcome whether good or bad and
the outcome really determine whether you will excel in life or not. Therefore,
be careful of your kind of league.
Moreover,
to those in
relationships, are
you playing the league of obedient, self-respect, God-fearing and hardworking
girlfriend/boyfriend or the league of pre-marital sex, abortions, cheating,
lying, back-biting and disrespecting your partner? The league you play in your
relationship can make or unmake you for the rest of your lives therefore take
heed lest you fall.
Lastly,
to
couples, what kind
of league are you in? Firstly, to the wives, is it the league of a submissive, obedient,
God-fearing, tolerant and understanding wife or an abusive, arrogant, disrespectful,
annoying and lazy wife? To the husbands, are you in the league of a hardworking,
responsible, dedicated, caring and calm husband or an abusive, arrogant,
alcoholic, womanizer league?
Every
league is important and as such must be played wisely and according to the rules
of the game to ensure victory. Think about your league of life and make the
best decision. As you are on the journey to marriage, play your league wisely!!
